Previous Permanent Makeup

If you've had previous permanent makeup, please send me a picture of your bare brows before booking. In some cases, I will not be able to correct past work (too dark, too uneven, too thick, etc), and you may need to perform a removal first.

I do not perform pure touchups over other artists' work.

Rescheduling/Cancelation Policy

In case of rescheduling/canceling, please give me a week's advance notice, in which case your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. Any reschedules/cancelations/no-shows without a week's advance notice will forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit is required to rebook. One reschedule is allowed per deposit.

If the complimentary touchup is missed/canceled without a week's advance notice, it will be forfeit and the rates for additional touchups will apply.

Please understand that my schedule is typically fully booked, and I have set aside time for your appointment. Without advance notice, I will not be able to find a replacement for your appointment time. I reserve the right to not rebook no-shows, extremely last-minute cancelations, and chronically late clients.

Late Arrivals

In order for me to stay on schedule, and to value my other client’s times, please notify me via text or email as soon as you know you will be arriving late to an appointment. Every effort will be made on my end to accommodate clients who are running late for various reasons. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be canceled and a new deposit will need to be placed to book a new appointment.

How Long is the Appointment?

Initial appointment: 2-3.5 hours (usually around 2.5-3 hours)

Touchup appointment: 30 min - 1.5 hours (usually around 1 hour)

What happens at the initial appointment?

Consult - we'll go over your goals, see what procedures are suitable for you, and discuss your options. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me ahead of time as well! Not all procedures are suitable for everyone's skin type and existing brow growth patterns.

Mapping - I'll map out a shape based on your brows and face, and then we'll adjust the shape based on your preferences until you're happy with the shape.

Numbing - two topical anesthetics are used to ensure comfortability. Everyone has different pain tolerances; while some people can fall asleep during the procedure, others are more sensitive.

Aftercare & what to expect - I'll give you your aftercare ointment at the studio, and we'll go over what to expect during healing and the post-care instructions.

What happens at the touchup?

The touchup is scheduled for 4-8 weeks after your initial appointment. We'll go over any patchy areas, darken the pigment (if desired), and make any last minute adjustments.
